Service Agreement & Liability Waiver

You confirm that you own the vehicle or are authorized to approve service on it, and that you authorize Pristine Detail Co. to perform the agreed services.

You will provide a safe, legal location with access to electricity and water. You are responsible for disclosing hazards (e.g., unstable surfaces, aggressive pets, restricted access). We may pause or decline service if conditions are unsafe.

You agree to disclose known issues such as loose trim, paint defects, prior repairs, water leaks, electrical faults, or aftermarket modifications. Some conditions may limit results or require us to avoid certain steps to prevent damage.

Please remove all personal items and valuables before service. Pristine Detail Co. is not responsible for loss of or damage to items left in or on the vehicle.

Detailing can reveal pre-existing damage (e.g., scratches under dirt, weakened clear coat, failing trim adhesive). You acknowledge that Pristine Detail Co. is not responsible for pre-existing conditions or damage that results from normal, careful detailing of a vehicle with such conditions.

We strive for excellent results using professional methods, but outcomes depend on the vehicle's materials and condition. We do not guarantee complete removal of all stains, odors, swirls, or defects unless specifically stated in writing.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release Pristine Detail Co. from liability for incidental or consequential damages, and agree that our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the service in question. This waiver does not apply to damage caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct, or to liability that cannot be waived by law.

You agree to pay the final, confirmed price upon completion of the service via the agreed method (secure card link or cash). Unpaid balances may incur additional fees permitted by law.

We may photograph vehicles before and after service for quality records and marketing. Photos will not include identifying information such as license plates without your consent. Let us know in writing if you prefer to opt out.
